Who is Print is Dead?

Print is Dead is the work of Elyssa Long from Nottingham, who creates items inspired by mythology, magic and the macabre.

What do they make?

Elyssa makes products for the gothic and spooky soul, including prints, cards, note pads, foiled pencils, stickers, badges and pocket mirrors. Elyssa has created a collection called ‘Morteria’. Inspired by Spanish Loteria cards, this collection of named and numbered prints all featured a detailed skull border and illustrations of peacocks, knights, devils, black cats and scythes.

How much does it cost?

Elyssa’s badges cost £2.25 for a button badge or £6.50 for a wooden pin badge or pocket mirror. Her stationery ranges from £5-£12.50 for individual items, but she also sells collections with one of each item for £38. Cards cost £3.50, and prints range from £3.25 for a postcards mini print to £28 for a limited edition risograph.
