The Neighbourhood Threat
Who is The Neighbourhood Threat?
The Neighbourhood Threat is the work of Salford-based Holly, a designer of homeware and gifts.
What do they make?
Holly makes cushions, prints, tea towels, mugs, coasters, oven gloves and aprons. Holly uses a mixture of vintage sourced material and her own designed fabric patterns in retro 60s and 70s styles. Her designs have featured prawns, platform shoes, and zebras. Holly has two collections: kitsch collection, and space age. Her kitsch collection features a vintage home, and her space age collection seems Jetsons inspired.
How much does it cost?
Cushions sell for £27 for just the cover, or £30 including a cushion inner. Her A4 prints cost £10. Tea towels cost £12. Individual mugs cost £11.95, whilst a set of four costs £42.95. Coasters cost £4.50 for one, or £15 for four, but a set of four ceramic coasters costs £18. Oven gloves cost £24.95 whilst aprons cost £23.95.
